6.0L (364 CID) 1999-2003 VIN N, U – LQ4, LQ9 Vortec
Application Note:
GM has used three different designs of cam bearing sets in the LS engines over the years.
1st Design
– Part # CH10: Fits 1997-2003 engines where the block housing
bore on positions 1 and 5 measures 2.3270″” & bearing width is: 0.630″
2nd Design
– Part # CH23: Fits 2003-2007 engines where the block housing
bore on positions 1 and 5 measures 2.3470″ & bearing width is: 0.630″
3rd Design
– Part # CH25: Fits 2007-2013 engines where the block housing
bore on positions 1 and 5 measures 2.3470″ & bearing width is: 0.775″
